Job Description:

As a Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding our insurance portfolio. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our valued clients. Your expertise in property and casualty insurance will enable you to navigate complex insurance needs, mitigate risks, and develop tailored insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and concerns. Offer personalized guidance and recommendations to meet their unique property and casualty insurance needs.

Policy Review & Analysis

Conduct thorough policy reviews to identify potential coverage gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancements. Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive insurance strategies.

New Business Development

Proactively seek out new business opportunities by networking, referrals, and lead generation. Present and propose insurance products to potential clients, effectively articulating the benefits of our services.

Policy Renewal Management

Monitor policy renewal timelines and work diligently to retain existing clients. Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and premiums.

Claims Management

Support clients throughout the claims process, providing assistance and guidance to expedite fair and timely claim settlements.

Industry Knowledge

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in property and casualty insurance. Use this knowledge to better serve clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs accurately.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  4. Possess/obtain the necessary P&C license.
  5. Strong computer skills: Outlook, word, excel, etc..
