Nikki Ostrander
Risk Advisor

Commercial Lines

Nikki was born in Lincoln and raised near Panama, NE. After attending Norris K-12, she went on to the University of Nebraska Omaha and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Small Business Management-Entrepreneurship and a minor in Real Estate in 2010 December. In 2011 February, she obtained her producer's license and established Watts Insurance Group, now known as Vault Insurance & Risk Management. Nikki is an expert in small business commercial lines and takes pleasure in assisting entrepreneurs during their start-up process.

Nikki values her time with her husband Devin and three sons Emmitt, Gunner, and Barrett. She is proud to see Emmitt and Gunner attending Norris school, just like she did. Go Titans! We are NORRIS! The family loves visiting the beach and Nikki and Devin love scuba diving. They are also proud owners of a playful toy poodle named Jasmine/JJ. Most of her weekends are spent on a field or in a gym watching her kids do what they love with the words best Coach- Dad.

Terri Watts

Terri has been in the insurance industry since 1977. She started as a commercial lines assistant then moved to a life insurance sales agent, commercial lines underwriter, assistant branch manager, to a producer in 1992. Terri is currently the endorsed local provider for Dave Ramsey.

Terri enjoys vacationing in the Bahamas and has a love for history and reading.

Ashley Hellbusch
Risk Advisor

Ashley Hellbusch became part of our team in July 2019. Hailing from a central Nebraska farm and bringing a background in business management, Ashley graduated from Kearney High School in 2006 and earned her degree from Omaha Metro in 2010. She began her insurance career in 2011, initially focusing on life and annuities before expanding to include property and casualty insurance. Ashley’s dedication to insurance is driven by her commitment to treating clients like family and helping them save money.

In her free time, Ashley is busy keeping up with her two boys, Wyatt and Zander, who are both students at Norris Public Schools and play football. Wyatt also participates in select baseball with Lincoln Prodigy, while Zander wrestles for the Lincoln Junior Hawks. When she’s not on the go with her kids, Ashley enjoys traveling and working out.

Devin Ostrander
Risk Advisor

Devin is from Hastings, NE, where he went to Hastings Catholic Schools and played Football, Wrestling, Track, and Trapshooting. He then earned an associate’s degree in architectural engineering from SCC-Milford in 2008. After graduation, Devin worked as a Designer and Estimator in the fire sprinkler industry for nearly 12 years before joining Vault as an insurance producer. He also manages Watts Commercial Properties. Devin is married to Vault's owner, Nikki, and is a proud father of three boys: Emmitt, Gunner, and Barrett. In his free time, Devin coaches his children in sports and golfs when he can.

Account Manager

Debbie O'Keefe, our friendly and dedicated Account Manager with 8 years of experience in property and casualty insurance. She has a talent for making complex insurance topics clear and accessible while always ensuring her clients receive personalized and effective solutions. Known for her approachable demeanor and commitment to excellent service, Debbie is a go-to advisor who takes pride in understanding her clients' unique needs and navigating the insurance landscape to find the best options.

Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking and cycling, which keep her active and invigorated. She also treasures spending quality time with her family, making the most of every moment. Debbie’s vibrant personality and dedication to her clients and loved ones make her an invaluable part of our team.

Brandon Harberts
Account Manager

Brandon was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, and currently resides in Beatrice. He graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School in 2016 and earned an associate degree in Applied Physical Science. After working in the Non-Destructive Testing field until the COVID-19 pandemic, he transitioned into the insurance industry, becoming licensed in life, accident, sickness, health, and annuities, followed by property and casualty. Brandon joined the Vault team in September 2025.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and cheering on Husker athletics.

Noelle Bunstock
Account Manager

Noelle was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and raised primarily in Lincoln, Nebraska. She began her insurance career in August 1997, just before the memorable snowstorm of 1997, and has been dedicated to serving clients ever since. Her expertise is focused on the Property and Casualty side of the insurance industry.

Outside of work, she is spending time with her family, including her husband, James, and their two daughters, Janae and Jadyn. Their home is also shared with a lively collection of pets. Between the family members, they have two dogs and three cats, ensuring there is never a dull moment.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking walks, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Huskers.
